On the occasion of the 250th anniversary of the United States' Independence, Pope Leo XIV called for a renewed commitment to the constitutional values of human dignity, liberty, equality, justice, and protection of life.

He emphasized that the true strength of a democratic nation lies in safeguarding the dignity of every individual, ensuring equal opportunities, protecting religious freedom, and supporting vulnerable communities. He also highlighted that compassion and respect for migrants and those in need reflect the core values of democratic societies.

The message has been widely viewed as a global reminder that constitutional values such as human dignity, equality, liberty, and justice remain essential for building peaceful and inclusive societies.

अमेरिका की स्वतंत्रता की 250वीं वर्षगांठ के अवसर पर आयोजित एक विशेष समारोह में पोप लियो XIV ने मानव गरिमा, स्वतंत्रता, समानता और जीवन की रक्षा जैसे मूलभूत लोकतांत्रिक एवं संवैधानिक मूल्यों को पुनः अपनाने का आह्वान किया।
